Robert impressed us with his friendly, professional, human approach to us in this deal. We were mostly site unseen and relied on Robert to talk us through the property and to advise us on not only the property, but a conveyancer, building and pest inspector and property manager- all of which he did and brokered a positive outcome for us. He also met us and took us through the property on a Sunday and was in constant contact throughout the process with “touch base” conversations.

Robert’s market knowledge was excellent as he managed to find a potential buyer within 2 days of the property going on the market and obtained a very acceptable offer on the same day as the first viewing.
