My wife & I found Robert & Lucy Miller to be very open with us & most helpful in our brief dealings leading to the purchase of our new property through them. Their representation of the property on their website was as the property presented when we inspected it & warranted the drive from Sydney. Following our inspection of the property we were able to have a round table discussion with the vendors & Robert & Lucy where everyone's position was established & then after a short discussion with Robert & Lucy we put forward an offer which they presented & was happily accepted. We were in fact not looking to buy a property but merely browsing to gain an indication of what may possibly be available in a couple of years when we might buy our retirement property & came across it by pure chance however their presentation of the property & its' surroundings highlighted it to such an extent that we felt we really should make a phone call about it. When I did Robert informed us that there were two other interested parties at that time. The property impressed us enough for us to commit to driving up from Sydney the following Saturday even though I was working six nights that week. The result speaks for itself in that we made the accepted offer that Saturday afternoon. We left another agent as we were not happy with them. We went to an open house and Rob and Lucy were their. I was so impressed with the way they treated me as a potential buyer I thought I need to get this person to sell my house. When I told him we were with another agent he said leave it with me. And he did it. Rob tells you how it is. Is truly interested in making sure I was happy. Never pressured me to sell. I have dealt with o lot of real estate agents. And I can truly say he is the best. I even asked him to sell another of my properties and he said not now I would hold off if I were you. Doesn’t that say it all.
