We had our block listed with another agent, we struggled to get phone calls returned & our questions answered we felt pressured into dropping our price twice in the short amount of time they had it listed. We were left with very expensive marketing fees & felt it was a waste of time & money. Our property sale was very quick. Robert was amazing, we had a difficult exchange on the property we were purchasing which Robert was not the agent for. He went out of his way to try to keep things moving along so we could do a simultaneous settlement.

I signed up to sell a land package in Tamworth with Robert in December and by January I already had an offer at the asking pricing. Regrettably this sale fell through last minute at no fault to Robert or myself, however Robert and his team reacted promptly to find a new buyer within 3-weeks.
